Our office hours are:
Monday – Wednesday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
We provide a 24-hour emergency line for critical calls outside of our normal business hours

Turn right off Keystone onto 98th Street, take the first right, then go to the second parking lot on the right.

Major Credit cards are accepted:

Most Health Saving Account cards can also be accepted

What services do you provide?
Do you file insurance?
Full payment is due at the time of service.
We do not file claims directly with insurance companies, however we are able to process HSA cards.
All insurance claims must be file by the client. Clients will need to check with their insurance provider to see how they would like them to file an out of network claim. We will provide a transaction sheet that includes information your insurance company will require.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Please contact our office and our Administrative Assistant, Judy, will assist you in scheduling an appointment and taking pertinent intake information.

What should I expect during my first session?
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to provide some general information on an intake form.
During the 90-minute initial session, the therapist will ask you to provide background information and will encourage you to ask any questions you may have.
At the end of the session, the therapist will discuss the initial plan for therapy and will schedule another appointment.
Do you provide psychological evaluations?
Our psychological evaluations are individualized for each client and can thoroughly assess a variety of different issues that may be present.
We provide evaluations for Intelligence, Academic Achievement (reading, reading comprehension, spelling and math), ADD/ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Bonding and Attachment, Marital Relationships, Individual Emotional Difficulties, Career Assessment, and Forensics.
What should I expect after testing?
Once the testing is completed, a feedback session will be scheduled within approximately 2-3 weeks. During the 50-minute feedback session, the psychologist will review the testing results, discuss recommendations, and answer any questions you may have.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
We understand that things may come up and you may be unable to keep your appointment. If you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations received within less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
